About The Position
Tomorrow's Children is looking for an ambitious Youth Care Worker, with the drive and experience to make a difference in the lives of the children we serve. Tomorrow's Children Inc is a Non Profit Residential Treatment Facility that provides treatment for children with emotional and behavior problems. We work with these children in a homelike environment teaching them daily living skills, proper social skills, appropriate behavior on a daily basis. Supervise and interact with 6 to 7 children with emotional and/or behavioral problems in a home-like environment. Remain alert and awake to train and monitor 6-7 children with severe behavior problems throughout the designated shift. 11pm-7am Accurately record and update records Perform general cleaning, household responsibilities, and minor maintenance necessary to keep the children safe
