About The Position

We are seeking talented individuals to help drive the success of youth in our communities. As a Youth Care Worker you will provide direct supervision to all adolescent males ages 12 -18. You will serve as a role model and provide support & structure to the residents in our care.

Requirements

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required
• Over the age of 21
• Maturity, empathy and patience
• Be special – Not everyone can do what we do
• The ideal candidate must have the ability to adjust to a fast-paced environment and follow proper protocols

Responsibilities

• Supervise residents in their daily routines providing rewards and consequences as prescribed by our behavior management system
• Maintain routine order on dorm unit and during activities
• Address group concerns according to Positive Peer Culture standards and elicit positive change for residents
• Complete assessments, reviews and other documentation in a timely manner
