About The Position

Job Purpose and Objectives: Provide a safe environment for the youth to learn socially acceptable behaviors. This is done through supervision of the youth and teaching new ways of dealing with situations and people. Provide physical, medical, and emotional care to the youth while they are in the facility. Responsibilities will include maintaining proper supervision, interpersonal relations, and public social skills.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a valid Kansas driver's license.
• Attend required training sessions.

Nice To Haves

• Some college or bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Employee is responsible for obtaining and maintaining all certification requirements relative to the position.
