180 Degrees is hiring for Youth Advocates at Brittney's Place Youth Shelter in St. Paul, MN. This role supports young people aged 12–19 who are experiencing homelessness, running away, family conflict, exploitation, or involvement with child welfare, juvenile probation, or law enforcement. Many youth entering the shelter have experienced trauma, instability, and disrupted relationships, requiring a safe, structured, and supportive environment.
