Opal for Schools helps students build real digital self-regulation without shame, without force, and without treating them like they can’t be trusted. We know teenagers are capable of learning how to manage their attention. 250k (!!) teens choose to use Opal every day. We’re looking for someone who can build a student movement around digital wellness. Not by lecturing. Not by policing. But by empowering students to take ownership of their time and become the loudest voices advocating for Opal inside their own schools. You’ll build and activate a community of high school and college students across the U.S., support engagement within partner schools, and help make Opal the student-backed choice for phone policies. The success of Opal for Schools for the students and faculty at Harvard-Westlake School made it onto the front page of the LA Times. If you know how to energize your peers, turn ideas into momentum, and measure and iterate off of data → keep reading.
