About The Position

YMCA at Green Hills is Now Hiring for Youth Activity Center Staff Do you love working with kids and creating a fun, safe environment for them to grow? We’re looking for energetic and responsible Youth Activity Center Staff to join our team! You’ll get to interact with kids ages 6-12, build connections, and ensure they have a blast while staying safe.

Requirements

• Minimum Age: 18
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Enthusiasm for working in a busy, lively environment
• New Hire Orientation before your first shift
• CPR/First Aid/AED within 30 days

Responsibilities

• Be a positive role model, guiding kids through engaging activities.
• Keep our Youth Activity Center a safe, welcoming space where kids can play, learn, and grow.
• Interact with both kids and parents, ensuring a great experience for all.
