About The Position

Bethesda Country Club is hiring a Youth Activities Counselor (part time) to create a memorable experience for members by supervising their children while they're at the Club. Essential Functions: Focus on social activities as well as sports-related activities for Golf, Tennis, and Fitness Supervise children and provide a safe, engaging, accident-free environment Help with organization and planning of our Tiger Cub Program Help plan and execute events Opening and closing duties in the Kids Room Collect and organize lost and found

Requirements

• Ability to collect accurate information
• Ability to resolve conflicts
• Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work weekends
