Summary The Child Center of NY is seeking a dedicated and experienced Youth ACT Team Leader to oversee its Youth Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program. The Youth ACT Team Leader plays a critical role in ensuring that the program provides intensive, community-based behavioral health services to youth (ages 10–21) with serious emotional disturbance (SED) and complex behavioral health needs who are at risk of psychiatric hospitalization or out-of-home placement. The Team Leader supervises an interdisciplinary team, ensures compliance with OMH guidelines, and oversees clinical quality, service delivery, and staff development.
