Under the direction of branch and association leadership, the Youth Achievement Director provides leadership and oversight for licensed afterschool and summer youth programs across multiple sites. This role ensures children experience safe, high-quality, engaging environments where they feel supported, excited to learn, and connected to caring adults. The Youth Achievement Director is responsible for curriculum execution, licensing compliance, staff readiness, family and school relationships, and day-to-day operational systems. Through consistent site presence, coaching, and strong partnerships, this leader ensures excellence, compliance, and long-term sustainability across all youth achievement programs.
