Requirements

Background in education research, curriculum development, or policy.
Master’s or Doctorate in Education or Educational Leadership
10+ years of experience in academic consulting or school leadership.
Research interpretation, data literacy, curriculum innovation.
Communication, critical thinking, audience engagement
Experience with Title I schools or underserved populations
Familiarity with district and state-level accountability systems.

Responsibilities

Deliver keynote presentations on student achievement, learning metrics, and educational excellence.
Share evidence-based strategies to improve academic performance.
Inspire educators and administrators to foster environments of achievement.
