FORVIA is looking for a year-round Human Resources Intern for its Arlington, TX location. The role of an HR Intern is to support and implement the Site's HR policies and tools to provide support to management on human resources issues.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Ensure efficient HR administrative processes are maintained and continuously improved.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality in all aspects of HR operations and employee information.
  • Support payroll administration processes for temporary and full-time employees.
  • Maintain organized employee files in compliance with Federal and State regulations.
  • Manage training records and support the Improvement Ideas tracking process and related data.
  • Track and maintain overtime reports, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
  • Enter attendance points into the e-time system weekly; support supervisors by providing reports on attendance and vacation balances.
  • Prepare and coordinate employee communication meetings as needed.
  • Demonstrate commitment to the highest ethical standards and adhere to the Company’s Code of Ethics and Code of Management.
  • Greet visitors, ensure proper sign-in procedures, and maintain compliance with FES and safety requirements.
  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
