This hourly role follows the Scotts/Hawthorne step pay progression scale and typically starts at $25.00 per hour and is paid weekly. Scotts/Hawthorne will consider various factors in determining the actual pay including your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location. In this role you will: Documents all trailer movements to maintain accurate inventory. Performs daily safety inspections and tracks/monitors drop trailers, communicating changes to warehouse personnel. Safely operates a yard tractor in all weather conditions, maintaining a neat and orderly storage lot for maximum efficiency. Interacts daily with plant personnel and complies with all plant safety requirements. Cleans and maintains the yard tractor daily after each use. Completes accurate and timely records to support plant operations and transportation functions.
