Safely operate a yard loader to move and stockpile materials Maintain proper material feed levels to support plant and production needs Perform routine equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a clean, organized work area Communicate effectively with team members and support overall yard operations

Requirements

• Ability to safely operate and maneuver heavy equipment in active yard environments
• Strong awareness of safety practices and commitment to equipment care
• Capability to perform physical tasks such as climbing, lifting, and working around machinery
• Reliable teamwork, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Adaptability to shifting priorities and fast‑paced operational demands
• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
