Yard Loader Operator
About The Position

Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. Operate a front-end loader to move and load aggregate materials safely and efficiently Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance Monitor material inventory and communicate with team for production needs Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations Assist with general yard duties to maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively
- Strong awareness of safety standards and commitment to compliance
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment checks and minor adjustments
- Reliable and punctual with a focus on quality and productivity
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
