About The Position

Valley Asphalt Corporation is currently seeking a Yard Laborer (entry level position) to work out of our Heavy Equipment / Fleet division in Cincinnati, Ohio. This position is accountable for maintaining, organizing, and provide a safe yard environment for the company.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Ability to operate a standard shift vehicle
• Strong computer / PC skill
• Dependable and self-motivated

Nice To Haves

• Experience operating a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining good organization within the yard
• Load and unload freight within the shop operation
• Organize company vehicles in preparation for use
• Empty metal bins
• Backup parts runners positions
• Other duties/jobs as assigned my management
