About The Position

This position is located within the TMMK plant in Georgetown, KY. Responsibilities include the day-to-day inventory control and customer interfacing as it relates to the TMMK Production System. This position supports the TMMK yard condition. This position offers a primarily outdoor work environment on 2nd shift (4:30 PM–1:00 AM), with opportunities for overtime.

Requirements

• Associate degree, High School degree, or GED preferred.
• Excellent data entry skills (proficiency may be tested).
• PC skills required (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• 1-2 years of transportation industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Auditing of North American Trailer Fleet
• Reporting abnormal conditions to the customer service center
• Driver safety audits
• Applying placards to trailers.
• Create and update reports for the daily balancing of TMMK inventory.
• Coordinate communications and other needs between TMMK and the customer service center
• Back up for CKD Ops Coordinator when needed
• Supporting CKD admin position when needed
• Issuing problem reports to carriers based on audits performed.
