Position Overview: As a Forklift Operator, you will play a key role in our operations by safely loading, unloading, and moving product throughout the warehouse. This position is critical to ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a forklift certification.
  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. and working on your feet.
  • Ability to bend, twist, squat, and reach as needed.
  • Willingness to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • Prepared to work and meet daily expectations.
  • Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Able to adapt and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Positive, “Whatever It Takes” mindset.

  • Ensure all products are handled accurately the first time (OHIO – Only Handle It Once).
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies.
  • Share information clearly and professionally.
  • Report issues promptly to leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Operate power equipment to load and unload product safely.
  • Move, locate, stack, and count inventory.
  • Use RF scan devices to track and manage product.
  • Ensure all shipments are accurate and damage-free.
  • Complete inbound and outbound paperwork accurately.
  • Follow all SOPs and customer-specific work instructions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
