About The Position
This is a hands-on, active role for a Yard Associate I who enjoys working outdoors and being part of a team. The position involves operating equipment and assisting customers safely and efficiently. It is described as a boots-on-the-ground role where every day brings new tasks.
Requirements
- Forklift certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math and communication skills
- Ability to lift 25–75 lbs. regularly

Responsibilities
- Load and move materials using a forklift
- Keep the yard and warehouse clean, organized, and running smoothly
- Help customers load products and answer questions with confidence
- Inspect, label, and organize materials so everything is where it should be
- Stay on top of daily tasks and paperwork
- Work safely and look out for your team every step of the way
