About The Position

The Yard Associate is responsible for the efficient management of equipment within the yard. This includes checking equipment in and out, verifying unit and serial numbers against paperwork, and ensuring all outbound equipment is clean and ready for rent. The role also involves documenting any new damages on inbound equipment, taking pictures of all equipment upon entry and exit, and performing general yard maintenance such as mowing, edging, watering, and cleaning. The associate is expected to take ownership of the yard and perform other duties as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Must have experience operating construction equipment
• Must be detail oriented
• Must be safety conscious
• Must be willing to work outside in all types of weather

Responsibilities

• Check equipment in / out
• Verify unit and serial numbers on equipment against paperwork
• Verify outbound equipment is clean and rent-ready
• Document new damages on inbound equipment
• Take pictures of all equipment as it enters and leaves yard
• Yard maintenance as needed (mow/edge/water/clean)
• Take “ownership” of the yard.
• Other duties as needed
