About The Position
Baptist Health Louisville is seeking a PRN Radiology Tech to perform diagnostic exams in the department, surgery, or at the bedside under the direction of the Diagnostic Team Leader and with minimal supervision. This role involves producing high-quality images for radiologist review, maintaining accurate records, and completing quality control (QC) on equipment to ensure optimal operation. The successful candidate will verify patient identity and orders, adhere to departmental protocols, monitor patient safety throughout exams, and apply radiation protection measures. They will also assist radiologists when needed and manage supplies and equipment maintenance reporting. Proficiency with EPIC and IMPAX systems is essential for effective study management. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology
- Active KBMIRT at time of hire
- ARRT within 90 days of hire
- BCLS certified within 90 days of hire
- Proficiency with EPIC and IMPAX systems
