Requirements

Licensed and certified X-Ray Technologists with a passion for patient care.

While we prefer someone with at least one year of experience, we are willing to train the right candidate with less experience if they are a licensed Radiology Technician in the respective state of employment.

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic imaging procedures as ordered by providers.
Prepare and guide patients through imaging procedures with clear communication and empathy.
Position patients for optimal imaging results and ensure equipment accuracy.
Follow all safety protocols to minimize radiation exposure.
Maintain imaging equipment for cleanliness, safety, and proper operation.
Accurately update patient records and imaging documentation.
Collaborate with providers on imaging findings.
Provide excellent patient service while protecting confidentiality.
Prepare patients for radiological procedures and take x-rays following established procedures for patient care and safety.
Protect patients, yourself, and staff from radiation exposure by practicing sound procedures that meet or exceed recommended industry standards.
Obtain quality diagnostic radiographs as requested by healthcare practitioners. Maintain a repeat rate of two percent or less.
Ensure that all equipment is in good working condition and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Must be willing to help assist at the front reception area when needed.
