Requirements
- ARRT (R) certification required
- Current Radiologic Technologist license OR 2nd Year Student Technologist actively enrolled in an accredited radiology program
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical setting
- Willing to float within a 30 mile radius of home clinic.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic X-ray imaging using digital radiologic equipment
- Prepare, position, and assist patients to ensure high-quality images
- Explain procedures and maintain patient comfort and safety
- Follow all radiation safety and radiologic protocols
- Adjust exposure settings based on exam requirements
- Retrieve and enter radiology orders in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Maintain imaging equipment, radiology supplies, and procedure logs
