About The Position

Weatherization Crew Lead HomeWorks Energy is rapidly growing their Weatherization team and we are looking to grow our leadership! We are looking for candidates who have a construction background in addition to the soft skills and personality to motivate and drive results in a team environment. This position will involve hands on training in the field. The right candidate will have basic knowledge of field work, as well as a strong desire to train diligently and manage your own crew.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of construction experience preferably in roofing/siding/framing/carpentry
• Knowledge of basic construction best practices
• Must be able to pass Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) screen in accordance with company requirements
• Strong time management skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Able to achieve proper certifications in 3-6 months at HomeWorks Energy
• Great communication skills
• Mindset for advancement

Responsibilities

• Manage Mass Save jobs with team of 1 to 2 installers
• Complete work in a timely manager
• Complete work up to Mass Save standards
• Ensure great customer experience
• Ensure crew are following HomeWorks Energy best practices for safety and install
• Complete proper documentation for each job
• Collect copay from customer.
• Work with all customers in a business savvy fashion.
• Drive box trucks in compliance with DOT and state regulations
