WaterPark Guest Services Cabana Supervisors are tasked with overseeing cabana services at Massanutten WaterPark and ensuring that guests have everything they need to create memorable experiences. They are responsible for training, supervising, counseling, and discipling staff to ensure cabana operations are efficient and guest-focused. Daily tasks include organizing and conducting pre-shift and opening/closing checks, and directing cabana agents in their work assignments. Must ensure that department operations are compliant with sanitation and safety standards for guest and cabana agents. Prior experience in working with the public is preferred and must have excellent communication skills.
