About The Position

WaterPark Guest Services Cabana Agents are vital to creating memorable experiences at Massanutten WaterPark. The Cabana Agent must be outgoing, guest-focused, and professional in every guest interaction. They are responsible for managing daily cabana check-ins, ensuring cabana assignments are correct, and responding to all cabana rental guest requests. Must constantly strive to exceed guest expectations and proactively seek opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction through positive interactions. Prior experience in working with the public is preferred and must have excellent communication skills.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 15 (work permit required under age 16)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests of all ages
  • Ability to multi-task

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily set-up and clean-up for each cabana
  • Escort guests to their assigned cabana and provide high level customer service throughout their time at the Park
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and presentable environment by maintaining constant awareness of sanitation, safety and accident prevention
  • Monitor cabana inventory and restock supplies as needed
  • Other duties as assigned by management
