In this role, you’ll work alongside expert providers to care for patients with complex, chronic, or slow-healing wounds. Job Description: Manage outcomes for wound, ostomy and continence patients across the continuum of care by providing, coordinating and supporting clinical aspects of direct patient care. Acts as a specialty consultant to physicians, Advanced Practice Providers and nurses across the organization and other services for provisions of wound and ostomy care for all areas. Environment of care may be long term, emergent, critical, acute, interventional, or procedural driven.
