Requirements
- Current LPN license in good standing with the Virginia Department of Health Professions
- Current CPR Certification
Nice To Haves
- Certification as wound care nurse
- One year of LPN experience
- Long-Term/Rehab/Memory Care experience
Responsibilities
- Assess and care for wounds
- Educate clinical team on wound care and prevention
- Timely and accurately document resident care in EMR
