This Registered Nurse (RN) position provides general nursing care to patients and families across diverse healthcare settings. The RN is accountable for nursing practice as defined by the Ohio Board of Nursing, delegating tasks to LPNs and UAPs according to the Ohio Nurse Practice Act. The role involves providing professional nursing care services, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care based on department policies and nursing care standards. Requirements

• Associate's Degree: Nursing (Required)
• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio
• BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association certification

Nice To Haves

• 1-3 years wound care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment as applicable to the population and or individual.
• Based on nursing diagnoses and collaborative problems, documents planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes appropriate to patient needs.
• Evaluates and documents response to nursing interventions and achievement of outcomes at appropriately determined intervals; as part of a multidisciplinary team, revises plan of care based on evaluative data.
• Actively participates in process improvement activities to achieve targeted measures of clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Perform other duties as requested by supervisor.
• Focus on safety, quality and efficiency in performing job duties.
