Requirements

Active, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of practice required.
Current CPR certification is required.
Current Wound Care certification and CDC Infection Prevention certification required or must be willing to obtain post-hire as a condition of employment.
Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
Valid State licensure as an LPN
Current Wound Care certification.
