Requirements
- Previous experience in a wound care center and/or outpatient clinic preferred.
- Completion of a Medical Assistant, Nurse Assistant or ER Tech, or similar program required.
- Current Basic Life Support Card.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a wound care center and/or outpatient clinic preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the delivery of out-patient wound care in a clinical setting.
- Change wound dressings; prepare wound treatment rooms.
- Accurately measure and record wound size in patient record.
- Apply wound dressings as prescribed by the physician and assist with front office duties.
