About The Position

Tree of Life Church just north of Charlotte, NC is looking for a worship pastor in training. Tree of Life strives to bring healing to broken individuals, families, and communities. We hope over the next year to multiply our Root Groups which each serve our community once a month and adopt a foster family. Through raising up more of these intentional, service oriented groups led by trained leaders/facilitators, God’s Kingdom momentum will build. We expect to create a recovery ministry as one of the ways we bring healing as well as youth ministry and disability ministry. A major component of these ministries succeeding in reaching and healing people is the equipping and empowering of leaders using their gifts to fulfill their callings.
