About The Position

Job Details Job Location: 006--Braselton - Braselton, GA 30517 • Recruiting, training, and maintaining a volunteer worship team. • Instilling a standard of excellence and a spiritual intensity in the worship team. • Planning of musical elements for weekly services. • Overseeing the operation of musical equipment (drums, keyboards, etc.) • Scheduling worship volunteers. • Directing the musical execution of weekly services. • Directing the band in worship rehearsal. • Being Available for campus pastoral ministry as needed. • Assisting the Campus Pastor in creating a healthy campus environment. • Carrying leadership intensity and pastoral authority within the campus • Responsible to oversee the scheduling, execution, and quality of Student Ministry Worship, whether through weekly coaching and mentoring of a Worship Resident or high-capacity volunteer, or personally leading worship for Student services and events

Models standards and expectations of leaders within 12Stone® Church
Must attend 12Stone® Church
Bachelor’s degree preferred and 3+ years of experience in ministry.
A leader of teams with a strong interpersonal, leadership and organizational skills.
Must possess a developed Christian maturity and model Christian character at work, home, and social life.
