Requirements

  • 2–5 years in office management, workplace operations, or similar roles
  • Proven ability to operate independently and take ownership
  • Experience building or improving systems and processes
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to problem-solve quickly in fast-paced environments
  • Experience coordinating across teams and managing vendors
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Basic technical proficiency (IT setup, troubleshooting, inventory systems)
  • Track record of creating positive, effective environments

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day workplace experience for the Des Moines office
  • Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for all workplace needs
  • Build and implement systems for office operations and scaling
  • Manage office logistics: space, seating, meetings, supplies, visitors
  • Coordinate with vendors and co-working partners
  • Partner with IT on equipment setup, tracking, and troubleshooting
  • Support onboarding and offboarding logistics
  • Act as onsite support for People Ops and employee experience
  • Plan and execute office culture initiatives and events
  • Track expenses and support budget management
  • Continuously improve workplace operations and efficiency
