Performs responsible job search training activities in a classroom setting that provides SEMCA participants with the ability to seek employment effectively. Working in partnership with Career Coaches and staff to support jobseekers in navigating and connecting to essential services required to remove barriers. These can include transportation, childcare, housing, legal aid, or adult basic education. This role will serve as the expert in understanding the Career Center’s various partners and the support they offer, including eligibility and referral process.
