About The Position

As a Workplace Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for employees, guests, and visitors. You will manage the front desk experience and ensure the office environment is welcoming, organized, and efficient.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in office management, workplace operations, hospitality, or facilities support.
  • Comfortable in a fast‑paced, people‑facing environment.
  • Strong customer service mindset — friendly, proactive, and professional.
  • Highly organized and able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Clear communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Tech‑comfortable with Google Workspace and Slack; familiarity with Envoy is a plus.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in customer service.
  • Proficient in data entry.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for employees, guests, and visitors, managing the front desk experience.
  • Walk the office daily to ensure it is clean, stocked, safe, and organized.
  • Coordinate with facilities, security, cleaning, and food & beverage vendors.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Help track and resolve workplace requests through ticketing systems.
  • Support office events, team celebrations, and onsite activations.
  • Partner with internal teams such as IT, HR, Facilities, and Finance.
  • Manage the office Slack channel and respond to employee questions.
