About The Position

The Office Manager will work closely with our Global Workplace Operations team and local leaders to support events, office and staff, and general organizational activities at Digital Turbine’s New York facility. The role will need to be in the office at least 4 days per week, 5 hours per day (not to exceed 20 hours per week) during typical office hours with flexibility between 8am-6pm.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an office manager and/or executive assistant, ideally in a fast-paced company
  • An intuitive sense of prioritization, ability to quickly shuffle priorities and seamlessly shift between tasks
  • Ability to set priorities, stay focused, and manage time in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to establish strong relationships at all levels and across functions within the organization
  • A growth mindset and curiosity to understand how things work
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A proactive, helpful and solutions-focused approach and outgoing personality
  • Strong problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with external suppliers and vendors such as food and beverage providers, property management, security companies, health and safety consultants, utilities companies, etc.
  • Monitor and respond to all facility issues and requests coming through JIRA in a timely manner, address any day to day issues promptly
  • Maintain all common areas of the office (e.g. kitchen, lounges, meeting rooms, etc.) by keeping them clean, organized, stocked and functional
  • Be available for office shipping and receiving, coordinating deliveries while on site to receive
  • Support onboarding and offboarding of employees onsite
  • Manage access to office with property management for new joiners, leavers and visitors
  • Liaise with the Workplace and Leadership teams to support meetings, other senior leadership team activities, travel and accommodations
  • Organize regular office events for staff such as meals, larger staff meetings, team building activities, etc.
  • Budget management and invoice reconciliation
  • Foster a positive, engaging and productive work environment
  • Manage timely communications with the site leadership and teams
  • Assist executives with calendars, meetings and travel arrangements as needed
