About the Team The Workplace Strategy & Planning team serves as a strategic thought partner to senior leaders across the Workplace division. We are responsible for shaping the division’s strategic agenda, driving annual and multi‑year business planning, establishing and tracking divisional goals, and enabling strong strategic governance. Our team works at the center of Workplace decision‑making—bringing structure to complex problems, aligning leaders around priorities, and ensuring business plans stay on track. We operate in a highly collaborative environment, partnering closely with senior leadership as well as Finance, Product, and other partner functions. The team values analytical rigor, clear storytelling, proactive problem‑solving, and a positive, supportive culture. Team members gain broad visibility across the business, exposure to key strategic initiatives, and opportunities to influence the future direction of the Workplace division.
