Workplace Signs & Graphics Designer
About The Position
Support with design, creation and execution of signage and environmental graphic solutions across our sites. This support translates into supporting workplace needs into clear, functional and visually aligned designs that enhance navigation, safety and brand presence. Content and graphic creation to support communication and internal event needs. Develop signage layouts for wayfinding, identification, safety and environmental graphics in alignment with brand and accessibility standards Create production ready artwork files and specifications for both in house and external vendors Localize templates to for specific sites and team messaging Assist in site surveys, measurements, and coordination for signage installation, collaborating with internal teams and vendors as needed Coordinate with vendors with procurement of signage and material specifications Apply brand guidelines consistently across graphics and signage types and adapt designs for various formats and materials Maintain file library, project records and version control for design assets
Requirements
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of experience in signage, large format printing, environmental graphics and wayfinding
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, & InDesign)
- Understanding of signage materials, fabrication, and installation methods
- Strong layout and typography skills with attention to detail
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with ADA guidelines and safety signage standards is a plus
Responsibilities
