About The Position

Responsibilities: Mail & Office Services: Oversee the receipt, sorting, and distribution of all USPS mail. Manage the receipt, logging, sorting, and distribution of incoming packages from all carriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Amazon, and other vendor services. Manage carrier relationships (FedEx, UPS, Amazon), including monitoring account status and resolving delinquency issues to ensure accounts remain in good standing. Manage courier services (e.g., On Time Messenger), responding to service requests as they are received. Provide back-of-house printing services to customers upon request. Manage freight deliveries, including the breakdown and storage of large shipments and skids, ensuring space utilization complies with city fire and safety codes. Hospitality Services: Replenish kitchen and wellness room supplies as needed. Conduct daily conference room sweeps to ensure supplies, furniture, and equipment are properly stocked and in good working order. Identify and report damaged furniture, walls, lighting, or other facility issues. Manage and coordinate facilities work orders, including conference room setups, beverage and snack requests, and event-related configurations. Provide desk drop services for employee gifts and liquor deliveries upon request. Manage liquor room inventory, including placing supply orders through approved supply chain processes with prior facilities approval. Assist with event setup and breakdown as required. Convenience Copier Services: Maintain and support satellite multi-functional devices (MFDs) throughout the client's facility. Perform routine physical inspections of each device to assess supply levels, including toner, paper, staples, and developer. Order and replenish copier supplies as needed to ensure uninterrupted service. Ensure copier glass and scanning surfaces are clean and free of debris to maintain optimal scan and image quality.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • One to two (1–2) years of customer service experience.
  • One to two (1–2) years of experience in a corporate or professional office environment.
  • One to two (1–2) years of experience in building services, facilities, or related operational support roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to appropriately handle confidential and highly sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
