We're a robotics company, and our office reflects it — a mix of industrial workspace, robot demonstration areas, conference rooms, and a common space café, all under one roof. As we've grown into a team of 30–100 people, keeping this environment running smoothly has become its own full-time job. We're looking for a Workplace & Admin Manager who can own both sides of that equation: the physical space and the operational backbone that supports the people in it. That means pulling permits and reconfiguring the demo floor, and it also means coordinating onboarding, supporting executive schedules, tracking budgets, and keeping the kitchen stocked. You move fluidly between the two — because at a company our size, the person who runs the office and the person who supports the team are the same person. No task is too small, and no challenge is too complex. If it has to do with the physical office or keeping operations running, it's yours.
