What the job involves: We are currently seeking an Intern in Workplace Strategy join our team. As an intern at JLL, you would have the opportunity to rotate through occupancy planning, consulting, workplace experience and business intelligence at one of our client sites. As an Intern in Workplace Strategy at JLL, you will: • Occupancy Planning: Supporting the occupancy planning team in data management, space utilization analysis, move management, reporting, and strategic planning initiatives. • Consulting: Assisting the real estate consulting team in providing Change Management delivery in support of major client initiatives & strategies. • Workplace Experience: Supporting the workplace experience team in enhancing employee satisfaction, engagement, and productivity through initiatives such as workplace design, amenities planning, and employee-centric programming. • Business Intelligence: Assisting the business intelligence team in data analysis, reporting, and visualizations to provide insights and support decision-making within the organization. Program Details • Dates: 6/1/2026 - 8/7/2026 • Location: Education, Skills, and Experience • Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree, with 2-3 years completed majoring in any field. • Strong analytical skills: Ability to collect, organize, and analyze data across multiple areas like occupancy planning, consulting, workplace experience, and business intelligence. • Proficiency in data management and analysis tools: Familiarity with software or tools used for data collection, reporting, and visualization, such as Excel, Tableau, SQL, or other relevant programs. • Research and writing skills: Ability to conduct market research, financial analysis, and portfolio assessments, and effectively communicate findings and recommendations through well-written reports and presentations. • Strong problem-solving abilities: Aptitude for identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement within workplace strategy initiatives and proposing practical solutions. • Collaboration and communication skills: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborate with various stakeholders, and clearly communicate ideas and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Ability to think and work independently • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications • Desire to learn more about our industry • Demonstrated ability to take initiative • The ideal candidate should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of Commercial Real Estate.
