This role sits at the intersection of Workplace Operations and IT Operations coordination. You will help ensure our offices run smoothly while also managing equipment logistics and supporting basic device coordination across teams. This is not a deep technical IT role. Instead, this role focuses on operational coordination, organization, and proactive problem solving. The person in this role helps ensure: 👉 The office runs smoothly every day 👉 Equipment and laptops are organized and tracked properly 👉 New hires are set up for success on Day 1 Olly Olly operates in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment where teams move quickly and take ownership of solving problems.
