Workplace Operations is responsible for managing the day-to-day functions of the office environment, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering world-class hospitality to our colleagues and visitors. Requirements

A keen interest in understanding the insurance industry and a drive to succeed
The ability to lift up to a maximum of 40 pounds
Authorization to work legally in the country where the internship is located.

Responsibilities

Coordinate basic facility repairs and maintenance, assist with on-site events and partner with vendors and multiple departments.
Handle administrative tasks related to the space and workplace polices.
Collecting and analyzing data pertaining to workplace performance and operations to identify trends and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement.
