About The Position

This role serves as a key member of the Workplace Experience team, providing day-to-day operational leadership across facilities management and Corporate Security. The position is responsible for overseeing Building facilities & workplace operations across multiple US Northeast offices and Bermuda, ensuring spaces are maintained, safe, efficient, and aligned with company standards. The role bridges Corporate Security support with hands-on workplace operations, helping to deliver consistent, high-quality employee and visitor experience. It manages routine workplace and security matters by identifying concerns, gathering relevant information, and assessing issues in accordance with established procedures. The position exercises initiative and independent judgment within defined guidelines while working under direct supervision. This is an on-site role supporting Enfield and Windsor, Connecticut, with responsibility across Northeast offices in Farmington, CT; Portland, ME; and Bermuda, including periodic travel.

Requirements

  • Multi-site facilities operations leadership (8–10+ years managing multiple locations)
  • Vendor and contract management (janitorial, HVAC, security, etc.)
  • Corporate security experience (badge access systems, cameras, incident support)
  • Project and change management (office moves, restacks, openings/closures)
  • Strong problem-solving and independent decision-making
  • High-touch customer service and workplace experience mindset
  • Cross-functional collaboration (HR, IT, Security, Real Estate)
  • Event and on-site support (meetings, executive support, basic AV)
  • High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

  • Provides day-to-day facilities management support across multiple Northeast offices and Bermuda, ensuring consistency in workplace standards and operations.
  • Oversees maintenance, repairs, and preventive services across all assigned locations, coordinating with property management and vendors.
  • Manages vendor relationships including janitorial, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, furniture, moving, and shipping/receiving services across multiple sites.
  • Supports space planning, restacks, and workplace changes, including furniture reconfiguration and small-scale projects (LHI).
  • Coordinates office openings, closures, moves, and relocations, ensuring smooth execution and minimal disruption to employees.
  • Monitors facility conditions, identifies risks or inefficiencies, and drives resolution across locations.
  • Partners with Corporate Services, Real Estate, and local stakeholders to ensure alignment with enterprise workplace strategy.
  • Creates and manages employee and vendor badge access for Northeast and Bermuda offices using the Rhombus system.
  • Supports maintenance and operation of access control, camera systems, and visitor management platforms.
  • Ensures badge printers and related equipment remain operational and secure.
  • Maintains control and accountability of security materials (e.g., badge stock).
  • Supports internal investigations related to policy violations, workplace safety, and security incidents by: Providing on-the-ground support and coordination. Acting as liaison with local law enforcement and Corporate Security when needed. Assisting with video review and witness coordination
  • Identifies issues, applies established procedures, and supports recommendations for resolution.
  • Supports event setup and logistics for meetings, workplace events, and executive engagements.
  • Provides responsive, high-touch support to senior administrators, guests, and visitors.
  • Ensures meeting rooms, collaboration areas, and common spaces remain fully operational and visitor-ready.
  • Provides basic AV support for meetings and workplace events.
  • Serves as an on-site resource for employees, assisting with workplace inquiries, ergonomic needs, and space utilization.
  • Partners with HR, Business Continuity, and Corporate Security to maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment.
  • Identifies opportunities to improve workplace services, efficiency, and overall employee experience across locations.
