Workplace Experience Coordinator up to $30.00 per hour plus superannuation Part time, 15 hours per week! Additional hours available in the future. Corporate office environment! New and evolving site! We have vacancy Part time, Workplace Experience Coordinator role to lead the office in Ballarat, Victoria (University Drive, Mount Helen ) Due to the nature of these roles, a baseline background check may be completed prior to starting, therefore either residency or citizenship is a mandatory requirement. Reporting to the Workplace Experience Manager, this is a customer centric role that provides an exceptional level of service to the Client’s organization throughout the office operation The role is responsible for assisting and supporting the deliverable services for the Client in all aspects of the contract Responsible for various reporting of office work and facilities Always ensure cleanliness and overall organization of all areas of the office including reception, meeting rooms and general common areas

Requirements

  • Experience in similar role/industry and/or a strong customer service background
  • Ability to build and maintain effective and strong relationships with clients, visitors, vendors, landlords and colleagues as well as being able to self-manage, work cooperatively and collaboratively with others and have a flexible approach to function under pressure
  • Highly developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to consult effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels
  • Intermediate to advanced MS office skills
  • Residency or citizenship is a mandatory requirement
