We’re looking for a Workplace Experience Coordinator to serve as the primary on-site workplace lead for our Denver hub. This is an operations-first role focused on keeping the office organized, stocked, welcoming, and running smoothly each day. You’ll own day-to-day workplace execution, make most routine operational decisions on the ground, and help create an office experience that feels thoughtful, reliable, and aligned with The Homie Way. You’ll partner closely with leadership on planning, consistency, and higher-risk decisions, but you’ll be trusted to keep the office moving and solve day-to-day needs with strong judgment, follow-through, and care.
