Workplace & Culture Coordinator

FiservKing of Prussia, PA
Onsite

About The Position

Fiserv is a global leader in payments and financial technology, moving money and information in a way that moves the world. We are looking for a resourceful, people-first Workplace & Culture Coordinator to join our Clover team and keep our King of Prussia (KOP) office running at its best. This is not a typical admin role; you will be the connective tissue between operations, culture, and leadership, with direct exposure to senior stakeholders and business functions that few coordinator-level roles offer. As the business grows and evolves, so will this role; we’re looking for someone energized by new challenges and ready to take on expanding responsibilities as an exceptional launchpad for their career.

Requirements

  • Proactive Initiative: Someone who takes initiative and anticipates what is needed without waiting to be asked.
  • Organizational Excellence: Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
  • Interpersonal Skills: A people person who can build trust with both leadership and teammates equally well.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency across Microsoft Office—Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams are tools you use confidently every day.
  • AI Curiosity: A genuine curiosity about AI, whether you are already experimenting with AI tools to work smarter or are excited to start.
  • Relevant Background: Experience in office coordination, event planning, executive support, or a similar blend of roles.
  • Growth Mindset: Comfort with ambiguity and a mindset that embraces a role that expands alongside the business.

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day function of the KOP office—managing supplies, snacks, food ordering, mail room operations, and facilities to ensure the space runs smoothly and reliably.
  • Own key vendor relationships and support procurement processes, from sourcing and onboarding vendors to managing ongoing contracts and service expectations as a trusted partner in how the business spends and scales.
  • Plan and execute culture events that bring the team together, foster community, and reinforce a great place to work, including leading the end-to-end coordination of Hack Week four times per year.
  • Support a team of 4–8 leaders with calendar management, travel coordination, and expense processing—handling logistics with precision so the team can stay focused on what matters.

Benefits

  • Fuel Your Life program to support your physical, financial, social, and emotional well-being
  • Paid holidays and generous time away policies
  • No-cost mental health support through Employee Assistance Programs
  • Living Proof program to recognize your peers’ extra effort with points redeemable for rewards
  • Eight Employee Resource Groups to foster a collaborative culture and expand your network
  • Unparalleled professional growth with training, development, and internal mobility opportunities
  • Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance options available from day one
  • Retirement planning and discounted shares with the Employee Stock Purchase Plan
  • Tuition assistance and reimbursement program
  • Paid parental, caregiver, and military leave
