About The Position

Saunders Staffing Agency is seeking a high-energy, customer-focused Workplace Experience Coordinator for a premier financial services firm. This is a critical onsite role dedicated to fostering a welcoming, professional, and inspiring office environment for employees, vendors, and guests. Role Overview Status: Contract (April – September with potential for extension) Location: Onsite (5 days per week; local candidates only) Schedule: Standard business hours with occasional evening/weekend requirements for events or emergencies.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of Workplace, Hospitality, or Office Operations experience.
  • Proven track record in front desk reception and office support within a professional environment.
  • Experience using Jira , Slack , and Envoy is required.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with English fluency (written and spoken).
  • Must be able to operate standard office equipment and lift/carry parcels up to 25 lbs.
  • A "customer-first" attitude with the ability to solve problems quickly and adjust at a moment's notice.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in the Financial Services industry.
  • Direct experience managing vendors and assisting with budget oversight.

Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk reception duties, greeting guests, and providing a high-quality experience for all stakeholders.
  • Own the setup and breakdown for onsite meetings and company events; manage relationships with catering and security vendors.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail/packages; manage inventory for office and kitchen supplies; oversee Google Calendar bookings for large event spaces.
  • Operate the Workplace Jira ticketing portal to address employee requests and manage visitor logs via Envoy .
  • Assist with preventative maintenance duties, oversee storage organization, and escalate facilities issues to management in a timely manner.
  • Assist in emergency incidents, such as building evacuations, and model professional behaviors aligned with corporate values.
