About The Position

Pivot Point, located in Hustisford, WI, is an innovative, growing 50+ employee metal fastener manufacturing facility looking for a Working Production Foreman to add to our team. We are looking for a hands-on, results-driven Working Production Foreman to support our Production Manager in managing daily manufacturing operations. This hands-on leader will primarily work on the floor alongside the team, balancing direct machine operation and assembly with supervising staff to meet production goals, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of manufacturing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisor or foreman role. Prefer experience to be in Metals Manufacturing.
  • Proven troubleshooting and mechanical ability to set up, operate, and train others on specialized tools and machinery (e.g., knowledge and/or ability to learn CNC, cam-driven machines, hydraulic & pneumatic presses, FANUC control, robotics, calipers, micrometers, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001-2015 expectations.
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to lead by example.
  • Hours are determined by Production Department needs, but 7am-4pm Monday-Friday would be the typical schedule.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment and random drug testing.

Responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership: Operate, set up, and troubleshoot production machinery while supervising Machine and Assembly production team.
  • Safety & Quality: Ensure compliance and training in all safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company quality procedures.
  • Production Targets: Monitor production, solve operational issues promptly, and ensure daily, weekly, and monthly targets are achieved.
  • Team Management: Train, mentor, and coach employees; assist in conducting performance evaluations and discipline.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in workflow, reducing waste, and increasing efficiency both with machines and employees.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate production and training logs, inventory records, and employee time and attendance.
