Working PM Assistant Supervisor
About The Position
ClearView Building Maintenance Inc. is a woman owned commercial cleaning company expanding throughout MidMichigan. The Working PM Assistant Supervisor supports the success of our janitorial teams by ensuring quality standards are met, assisting with training, and stepping in to support nightly operations.
Requirements
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and problem-solve in real time
- Valid driver’s license/insurance and dependable transportation required
Nice To Haves
- Experience in janitorial or supervisory roles a plus (but willing to train the right person)
Responsibilities
- Support & Fill-In Assist cleaning staff when additional support or coverage is needed
- Training & Staff Development Train, motivate, and guide new and existing employees Reinforce company policies and best practices Help build strong, confident teams through hands-on leadership
- Planning & Coordination Work with supervisors and leadership on nightly schedules and staffing needs Coordinate janitorial work across multiple properties
- Quality Control Conduct random site visits and inspections during cleaning hours Ensure all work meets quality, accuracy, and safety standards Address service concerns and take corrective action when required
- Communication & Reporting Maintain consistent communication with leadership and staff Take and direct calls a few nights per week to support the PM shift Submit nightly reports based on observations and feedback
- Inventory & Equipment Monitor supply levels and maintain proper stocking Ensure equipment is functioning and request repairs when needed
- Special Projects Assist with floor care, deep cleaning, and event support as assigned
- Introductory Zone Support Take responsibility for a small group of assigned locations including reviewing and confirming clock-ins
